AKziom provides a full range of human resource and
management services.
A-K Consultants initially functioned as the human
resource experts for small organizations. Our services
provide operational support in areas such as policies
and procedures, employee handbooks, affirmative
action programs, HR audits, HRIS support, and advise
on employee and labor relations issues. Our clients
are able to effectively manage the challenges faced on a
day-to-day basis, including OFCCP compliance
audits, wage and hour complaints and union campaigns.
To build internal capacity within our client
organizations, we design and conduct training and
development workshops tailored to their specific
needs. Training programs included such areas as
diversity, supervisory skills, EEO and Sexual
Harassment, change leadership, career development
and leadership skills. We facilitate initiatives, such as
team building and employee surveys, that create and
support cultural shifts.
As the company grew and moved from primarily
operational consulting to a more holistic organizational
alignment approach, a branding strategy was
developed. We are now doing business under the
brand name of AKziom to reflect our belief in the
"Power of People" and to reflect our axiom or truism
… creating balance and momentum for organizations
